Okay, so it's been awhile... like a year almost exactly! Yikes.

 

On Sunday while I was watching the celebs walk the Golden Globes red carpet I was DYING over all their fabulous nude lip colors... seriously stunning. It's one of my favorite looks. I thought I'd share with you my favorite nude lip color combo and some of my favorite looks from the night.

 

The first step I always take when getting ready is putting  Aquaphor on my lips, that way by the time I'm done with my hair and make-up it's absorbed and I can apply lipstick or gloss as my last step without the Aquaphor "barrier"... and my lips are nice and soft.

 

I first apply a couple coats of Laura Mercier 'Arabesque Collection' Creme Smooth Lip Color and then I apply a thin coat of MAC Tinted Lipglass in Underage. I find it has good staying power and I LOVE the way it looks. What's your favorite nude lip color combo?!
